Your life is a book, with each chapter shaped by everything you've experienced. Some may be heavy with grief or trauma, while others are filled with joy. What you've been through matters, but it doesn't define your whole story. Your story isn't over—it's just getting interesting.

I offer a compassionate, down-to-earth approach to help you navigate life's difficult moments and heal from past traumas. Therapy with me is a safe space to explore the ways your past shows up in your present, especially in your relationships. We’ll work together to understand where you feel stuck and how to build a more authentic life.

Using a blend of evidence-based tools and real talk, we'll dive into the connection between your mind, body, and emotions. My goal is to help you develop the skills to communicate your needs clearly, set healthy boundaries, and build relationships that feel safe and supportive. Healing is a journey, and I’m here to support you in writing your next chapter with clarity, courage, and a sense of wholeness.
