"Your life is like a book, made up of all the things you’ve been through. Some chapters are heavy, others full of hope—but none of them define the whole story. What you’ve experienced matters, but it’s not the end. Your story isn’t over—it’s just getting interesting.

I offer a compassionate, down-to-earth approach to healing trauma, anxiety, grief, and life’s messy moments. I use evidence-based tools—like cognitive behavioral therapy, trauma-informed care, and attachment theory—while keeping the focus on your whole self: mind, heart, and gut.

Being healthy means knowing who you are, what you need—and being able to ask for it. Therapy is the space where you can practice that, safely and honestly.

Therapy with me is a mix of real talk, deep work, and yes—sometimes laughter. I’ll support you fully, and challenge the patterns that hold you back. Together, we’ll build insight, develop new skills, and create space for healthier relationships and lasting change.

When you’re ready, I’m here to help you write your next chapter—with clarity, courage, and maybe even a little joy.
