Experience & Credentials

My background is a bit unique—a blend of Social Work and International Affairs. While they may seem worlds apart, they’ve taught me that our individual stories are always part of a much larger world. This perspective helps me see not just who you are, but how the systems, cultures, and environments around you have shaped the chapters you’ve already written.

  • Master of Public and International Affairs – University of Pittsburgh

  • Bachelor of Social Work – Eastern University

YOUR LIFE IS A BOOK…

While the early chapters may have been heavy, they do not define your whole story. You have the power to write what happens next.

My Perspective

I see your life as a narrative shaped by everything you’ve carried—the trauma, the grief, and the unexpected joys alike. While what you’ve been through matters deeply, it isn't who you are. My approach is compassionate and very down-to-earth; I’m here to help you navigate those moments where the weight of the past feels too much to handle alone. We work together to move you from just surviving your history to intentionally choosing your direction. You deserve to live a life you truly enjoy.

The Way We Work

I believe my most important job is to hold our time together as something sacred—a protected space where we can truly listen to what you want and need. In our sessions, we’ll look at how your past might be showing up in your present, especially in your relationships.

I like to blend evidence-based tools with plenty of "real talk." We’ll dive into the connection between your Mind, Heart, and Guts to figure out exactly where you’re feeling stuck:

  • The Mind: We’ll untangle the "scripts" you’ve been running on—the unhelpful patterns and old internal dialogues that keep you in a loop of frustration.

  • The Heart: We’ll make room for the emotions sitting just beneath the surface, gently processing old wounds so they stop calling the shots in your life.

  • The Guts: We’ll practice tuning back into your intuition, building a practical toolkit so you can set boundaries and find the courage to speak your truth..

What to Expect

Healing is a journey of rediscovering who you are and what you actually need to feel whole. Together, we’ll pinpoint the cycles holding you back from genuine connection and find the courage to take deliberate steps toward a life that feels like your own.

Whether we are working through individual healing or navigating the complexities of mediation and supervision, my goal is the same: to help you find your authentic voice and live intentionally.

Your story is still being written—let’s make the next chapter your best one yet.
