Evaluations

Hardship

Hardship evaluations assess how various challenges—such as financial strain, physical health issues, mental health concerns, employment difficulties, and relationship stress—impact the emotional and mental well-being of individuals facing deportation, as well as their significant others and family members.

These evaluations provide a thorough understanding of the personal hardships involved, helping to support your immigration case with clear, compassionate documentation.

Asylum

Asylum evaluations carefully examine an individual’s history of vulnerabilities, including experiences of abuse, violence, trauma, and ongoing threats to their safety. This detailed history helps explain current challenges they may be facing and identifies the specific types of support needed.

These evaluations provide essential documentation to support asylum claims by highlighting the impact of past and present hardships on the individual’s well-being.

Psychological

Psychological evaluations examine an individual’s personal history, including any evidence of mental and physical distress, past experiences of trauma, and the quality of their relationships. This comprehensive assessment helps to understand how these factors affect their ability to manage daily life and cope with ongoing stress.

The information gathered supports immigration cases by providing a detailed picture of the individual’s emotional and psychological well-being.
