"We are all swimming in the same water. You are not alone, and you don’t have to navigate the current by yourself."
My Approach
I believe that we have all been impacted by painful experiences, difficult thoughts, or heavy emotions. In those seasons where the water feels murky, seeking the support of a trained professional can be the first step toward clarity. I am here to walk alongside you, helping you process your past, develop healthy coping tools, and ultimately grow into your most authentic self.
My practice is rooted in an integrative, whole-person approach. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all therapy; instead, I create a unique path for each client. By blending Trauma-Informed Care, Mindfulness, and Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), we will work together to bring awareness to negative patterns and practice the strategies needed to create lasting, healthy change.
