Totum means "whole" in Latin, reflecting my foundational belief that you thrive when your mind, heart, and body are deeply connected. Healthy relationships are the heartbeat of our emotional well-being, but relational trauma often leaves us feeling like our story has been split into pieces—some we want to hide, some we no longer recognize, and others that don't feel like they belong to us at all.
