Totum is a Latin word meaning “whole.” Our approach at Totum is about integrating the different parts of ourselves to find wholeness. At Totum we focus on helping others to understand emotions like fear, sadness, and shame. We work to process grief and trauma to have healthy relationships with yourself and others.

In addition to our training and education, we are close friends who understand the value of supportive relationships. We all need someone who can listen to us, challenge us, and be present in our emotional expressions. We hope to develop that type of relationship with you!
